Owner SMS Privacy Notice

Miguel J Studio uses this SMS program to notify its business owner about new photography inquiries. It does not send text messages to prospective clients.

The program uses the owner's name, mobile number and consent preferences to deliver and manage alerts. Alerts may contain information a prospective client submitted, such as a name, requested date, location, session type and message excerpt. The complete inquiry remains in the business's private email and inquiry tracker.

Miguel J Studio uses service providers to store the program's configuration and deliver messages. Access is limited to operating and supporting the program. The owner's mobile number is not sold, rented or shared with other businesses for their marketing. Consent records are kept private and are not used to enroll anyone in another messaging program.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
