Owner SMS Terms

Program: Miguel J Studio Owner Inquiry Alerts.

This program sends automated notifications to the business owner's enrolled mobile number when a photography inquiry is received. Notifications include an inquiry summary and the status of its response draft and tracker entry. Prospective clients are not recipients of this program.

Enrollment requires the owner's affirmative consent through the Owner SMS Alert Enrollment form. Submitting a phone number alone does not authorize messages. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing photography services. Enrollment does not itself activate the automation.

Message frequency varies with incoming inquiries. Typically one alert is generated per new inquiry; a long alert may arrive in several SMS segments. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on the mobile network, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact migueljstudio@gmail.com. After opting out, the owner can request enrollment again; messaging will resume only after the program's required checks and approval. The owner can also disable the automation directly.
